Heather, we all understand what a hard time you've been having lately, and it's been absolutely heartbreaking to watch you beat yourself up over things out of your control. It can be hard to see good in yourself when you're feeling that low, but please understand that whatever the circumstances, you could never disappoint us. We'll always be around to support you whenever you're down or in need, and I hope all the gifts you've received today help remind you of that. You're so incredibly loved; don't ever feel differently, or that you don't deserve it - because you are, and you do. You really, really do.
